He founded Choowy Goowy in 2004, and expanded it into a company with over 100 points of sale. Today, he owns Prepline, a company that provides strategic, financial and operational advice to F&B brands. Prepline was founded by Essa in 2017, and it has grown since to encompassnine partner brands with over 35 stores and delivery kitchens across the GCC and the UK. The company provide servicesto start-up businesses that includes; Concept design, branding, interior design, menu development, staff Training, marketing strategy etc.

Through his incubator fund, public speaking and seminars, Essa aims to create and invest in leading brands across different F&B segments including premium casual, fast-casual, grab & go, and delivery. Essa’s ambitions didn’t stop while studying, although he was on his own, he became a pioneer in the F&B business with more than 15 years of experience.
