The “Maktab” floors are private and spacious, offering a space between 100-110sqm. Tenants of Maktab are still able to visit the Housh area and every other area in the building remains inclusive to everyone.

The meeting rooms are where the tenants of AlTujjar share ideas and expand the limits of their potential, turning words into actions and probabilities into possibilities. The meeting rooms are meant to be a sanctum where sky is the limit and nothing is out of reach.
