Hafeez
Hafeez is located on the first floor. The offices, with spaces between 30-70sqm, share the same interior design but differ in size. The offices all have glass doors to avoid any feelings of isolation, making it comfortable to occupy and work in.
Maktab
Sahat Altujjar Meeting Rooms
The meeting rooms are where the tenants of Altujjar share ideas and expand the limits of their potential, turning words into actions and probabilities into possibilities. The meeting rooms are meant to be a sanctum where sky is the limit and nothing is out of reach.
Retail
Both the Housh and the Kishk areas host Kuwaiti owned concepts and are available for both tenants and guests to enjoy.
Kishk
This section of the building holds six retail units and plays as the base of Altujjar, offering the best of Kuwaiti owned concepts. It serves as an introduction to what Altujjar stands for on the ground floor. Each area is connected through a private staircase, creating a loft concept for each retail unit.
