Back in the early 2000’s Kuwait had once again started gaining momentum within the world of business. At that time, there weren’t any spaces available for young entrepreneurs to experiment and expand their business ideas. Co-working communities had not yet made an appearance and business owners did the best they could with what the city offered at the time. Today, AlTujjar is proud to offer a space where the needs of young entrepreneur are met, where ideas are never too small or goals too big.

AlTujjar aims to immerse modern Kuwait within old traditions that helped shape it. Each floor adopts old names that used to describe work spaces, dining rooms, garage areas etc. Each floor carries a different feel, one that honors the past by presenting it to the younger generations willing to adopt old sayings, values and work ethic, moving proudly into the future.

The offices in AlTujjar are designed to help tenants move freely throughout the space. They help provide privacy to the business owners, while still involving them in whatever happens.

AlTujjar offers meeting rooms for the tenants in which they will be able to use the available space to bring in their clients, express their creativity, share ideas of potential success and experience what it means to be a leader.

RETAIL SECTION

AlTujjar has Two retail sections; the first area is Kishk, located in the ground floor. The second dining area is located in Housh on the second floor.

The AlTujjar application helps tenants easily navigate their meetings, their valet services as well as their meals.

Valet Service

The application helps tenants determine their time of leave and have the valet prepare the car.

High Quality Wifi Phone Line

Free wifi, as well as a private phone line, is offered in each office for the tenants to use.

Complimentary Beverages

Complimentary beverages will always be available to the tenants whenever they wish to cool down or warm-up.

Sahat AlTujjar Services

Sahat AlTujjar is where tenants go to get answers or inquire about anything regarding their business or any aspect of their stay at AlTujjar.

Facility Management Services

Tenants won’t have to worry about cleanliness or security. AlTujjar provides cleaning services as well as surveillance at all times.

Terrace For Events

The Terrace in Housh and Sahat AlTujjar can host events for the occupants as well as for those wishing to rent out a space for a private event, launch parties etc.

Car Detailing

AlTujjar always strives to offer tenants and guests comfort and convenience. Therefore, car detailing services will be offered to both tenants and visitors during their stay.

Electric Car Charger

As a part of our future oriented initiatives, we have installed EV car chargers in AlTujjar car parking facility for both tenant and visitors.

Environment Friendly

Looking ahead to a greener future, AlTujjar focuses on environmental initiatives. Recycling bins are offered on every corner of the building to promote healthier and greener habits.

Bike Services

AlTujjar offers tenants the chance to enjoy the city through biking.

Executive Meeting Rooms

AlTujjar offers executive meeting rooms in addition to the regular meeting rooms located on Sahat AlTujjar. The executive meeting rooms are located on the top floor, equipt with every service and a grand view of the city.
