Back in the early 2000’s Kuwait had once again started gaining momentum within the world of business. At that time, there weren’t any spaces available for young entrepreneurs to experiment and expand their business ideas. Altujjar has Two retail sections; the first area is Kishk, located in the ground floor. The second dining area is located in Housh on the second floor.

Sahat Altujjar is where tenants go to get answers or inquire about anything regarding their business or any aspect of their stay at Altujjar.

Tenants won’t have to worry about cleanliness or security. Altujjar provides cleaning services as well as surveillance at all times.

Terrace For Events

The Terrace in Housh and Sahat Altujjar can host events for the occupants as well as for those wishing to rent out a space for a private event, launch parties etc.

The Sahat Altujjar lounge offers a welcoming and comfortable space for tenants and their guests, located on the 3rd floor complemented by relaxing outdoor areas.

As a part of our future oriented initiatives, we have installed EV car chargers in Altujjar car parking facility for both tenant and visitors.
